We'll spend about 2 hours taking a tour of your property.
We'll give you specific instructions and we'll discuss in detail every space to be
transformed to the best showing condition. A List of Recommendations
and a Home Staging Estimate will be provided to you.
Consultation Fee starts at $175.00.

STAGING TO SELL OCCUPIED HOMES

We'll create a fresh, up-to-date look by re-arranging or replacing existing furniture,
re-decorating or installing new window treatments, painting walls or replacing existing
floors, and much more.
Rental furniture available where needed.
We maximize results and minimize expenses working within a budget.
We’ll bring your home to the best possible showing condition.

STAGING TO SELL VACANT HOMES

Vacant homes are not attractive to visitors. Few people will picture themselves
living in their future home, most of them will remain browsers only.
We’ll transform a vacant house into a Model Home: a dream home featuring beautiful,
cozy, inviting rooms, professionally furnished & decorated.
We’ll increase property selling potential creating that “First Impression” appealing
to any potential buyer.
